The Philadelphia-based group will be performing Death Is A Cabaret Ol’ Chum: A Graveyard Cabaret on Oct. 26-27. The shows will take place in the Forest Hill Cemetery in Dunmore at 8 p.m.

The Graveyard Cabaret has been a success in the past and has had numerous sold out shows.

Henrik Eger from the DC Metro Theater Arts gave the show 5 stars in his review, noting the show was “entertaining, bone-chilling” and “hilarious.”

“Their Graveyard Cabaret presents more than melodrama and beautiful songs in a spectacular environment in the middle of the night. In the Middle Ages, people were reminded of death in many church yard plays,” Eger said. “REV Theatre Company builds on this tradition with an entertaining musical program that also serves as a reminder of the brevity of life.”

The company asks that audience members should bring blankets or beach chairs to the performances.

Tickets are $20 for general admission, and $15 for students and seniors. They will be available at the door.
